White wines are produced from white grape varietal types. The most common white varietals are listed in the menu on the right.

White wine flavors can vary range from delicate and sweet Rieslings to dry, full-bodied Chardonnays. The tannins often associated with red wines are not typically present in white wines. As a general rule, white wines are served chilled and do not age as well as their red counterparts though, as with most rules, there can be exceptions.
